Some questions you might have:
Do you come to my house or office and fix my computer onsite or pick it up and bring it back the next day? Good question, depending on the service we can do some repairs within an hour or less at your home or office but if that doesn’t work we will be glad to take it home and deliver it the next day or when it is ready. Typically any repair that is going to be 2 hours or longer we bring home. Just an FYI
What does it mean when you have a fee plus an hourly rate?
Some projects can take longer than expected and we can’t give you a fair quote without seeing the problem first. That is why we offer a low standard flat-fee for the fix which should take about an hour, meaning you would only be charged the flat fee. But if problems arise we want to get the job done by providing our cheap hourly support until the problem is fixed.
Why is there a “startup” and “down payment” fee for web design and SEO?
